These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trench Logic, LLC ("Trench Logic," "we," "us"). By accessing or using trenchlogic.com or trenchlogic.com/labs (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Trench Logic, LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating as a consultancy. Trench Logic is not a law firm, financial advisor, medical provider, or tax preparer, and does not offer services requiring a license in any jurisdiction.
The Site is intended for users 18 and older. You are responsible for any information you submit and for keeping your contact information current.
Trench Logic is not a law firm. Access to and use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Where the Materials describe how a firm might use a calculator, we are describing licensable technology, not offering to match consumers with attorneys or to produce case-specific legal work.
Trench Logic offers licenses to businesses (including law firms and other professional service providers) that wish to embed a calculator on their own website. Licensing is subject to a separate written Tool Licensing Agreement between Trench Logic and the licensee. See /labs/#licensing for details and to inquire.
All content on the Site - including software, calculators, methodology, text, logos, and design - is owned by Trench Logic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited right to view and use the public calculators for your own informational purposes, no license is granted by implication or otherwise. "Trench Logic" and "Trench Labs" are trademarks of Trench Logic, LLC.
The Site incorporates third-party tools (e.g., mapping, analytics, embed hosts). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms.
THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR CURRENCY OF INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENCH LOGIC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR MATERIALS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trench Logic and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Site. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
