This Privacy Policy explains what Trench Logic ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit trenchlogic.com or trenchlogic.com/labs (together, the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Trench Logic is a Florida consultancy based in Tampa. Contact: hello@trenchlogic.com.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Contact and inquiry information - name, email address, phone number (optional), firm or company name, and other details you provide when you submit a form on the Site (e.g., a calculator inquiry, a licensing inquiry, or the general contact form).
Calculator inputs - numbers and selections you enter into our calculators. Inputs stay in your browser unless you submit a form; if you submit, the inputs may be transmitted with your inquiry so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

Usage and device data - IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and similar analytics. This is collected through Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools.
Cookies and similar technologies - small files stored on your device to remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising features.
Advertising and audience data - LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel (when configured), Apollo, and RB2B may be used to build audiences for retargeting or to identify visiting companies. These tools operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

2. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our calculators.
To measure the performance of marketing and to reach out with follow-ups related to your inquiry.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. When we share information

Service providers - hosting (Netlify), form submission and email (Netlify Forms, our email provider), analytics (Google, Microsoft), and advertising partners named above. These providers process data on our behalf under their agreements.
Legal reasons - when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or safety.
Business transfers - in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Certain sharing with advertising partners may qualify as "sharing" or "cross-context behavioral advertising" under California law; see Section 6 for opt-out.

4. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and thereafter for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default (typically up to 14 months). You may request deletion - see Section 6.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No online service is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been affected by a security incident, contact us at hello@trenchlogic.com.

6. Your choices and rights

Opt out of analytics/advertising cookies by using your browser controls, adjusting your Meta / LinkedIn / Google ad settings, or using industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Florida (FDBR), and similar state privacy laws - you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit the use of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing. To exercise these rights, email hello@trenchlogic.com from the address associated with your inquiry, or write to us at the postal address in Section 10.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control - we honor recognized GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required.
Text/call opt-out - reply STOP to any text; ask to be removed on any call. See Section 7.

7. Text messages and calls (TCPA)

If you provide a phone number and check the TCPA consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Trench Logic (and, if applicable, from the firm that licenses the calculator you used) about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking on a call.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, contact us for prompt deletion.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites, tools, or services. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before using them.
